Terbentuk pada awal tahun 2008 dengan genre Screamo yang formasi awalnya adalah Imam Prabowo (Vocal), Wahyu Ramanto (Guitar), Rizky Nanda Saputra (Guitar), Dicky Sulistiyo (Bass), dan Didi Darmadi (Drum). Awalnya band ini bernama “LITTLE FRIENDSHIP” dan berganti nama menjadi “TITLE OF A REGRET”. Pada awal mulanya kita sering mengcover lagu-lagu dari The Devil Wears Prada dan Killing Me Inside, mak...a dari itu mereka sangat mempengaruhi musik kita walau pun personil mempunyai influence dan karakter bermain yang berbeda-beda. Seiring berjalannya waktu, Wahyu Ramanto (Guitar) mengundurkan diri dan digantikan oleh Dicky Permana (Guitar) dan disusul oleh Imam Prabowo (Vocal) yang mengundurkan diri dan digantikan oleh Annisa Dewi Pertiwi (Vocal). Setelah release single perdana “Forgive Me” Dicky Permana (Guitar) mengundurkan diri dan digantikan oleh Reno (Guitar), dan kemudian kita merasa butuh nuansa Keyboard/Synth maka masuklah Caesar Agung (Keyboard) pada pertengahan tahun 2011. Semenjak saat itu kita memutuskan untuk berjalan dengan formasi 6 orang yaitu Annisa Dewi Pertiwi (Vocal), Reno (Guitar), Rizky Nanda Saputra (Guitar), Dicky Sulistiyo (Bass), Caesar Agung (Keyboard), dan Didi Darmadi (Drum). Dengan formasi yang sekarang ini kita mengganti genre yaitu menjadi Post Hardcore dan ter influence oleh Asking Alexandria, Eyes Set To Kill, Attack Attack!, Alesana, The Devil Wears Prada. www.reverbnation.com/toar
